Can Science Prove That The Law Of Attraction Works? (Your Mind Creates Reality!)

Mirror Neurons’ Connection To The Law Of Attraction

Scientists Have Discovered a Powerful New Way to “Hack” Your Brain and Improve Your Creativity, Focus, and Intelligence, Almost Instantly.

We are going to explore 3 ways science proves that the law of attraction works.. Whether you use the term law of attraction or not, the basic premise of creating a life by design still stands true, and science has proven that this is the case. Scientists are now able to explain the complexities of the human brain and body in ways they’ve never done before.

This is because new technologies are evolving that provide revolutionary opportunities to study neuroanatomy. One of those studies involve mirror neurons. Mirror neurons are one of the most important discoveries in the last decade of neuroscience because they give us so much information regarding our social interactions and habits of learned behavior.

They also explain the way in which we attract certain energy such as generosity and kindness back to ourselves. A mirror neuron is a neuron that fires both when a person acts, and/or when a person observes the same action performed by another. These types of neurons mirror the behavior of a person being observed as though the person observing the behavior were the one enacting it.

This then incites that particular behavior to occur in the person that is doing the observing. In other words, when someone observes a specific behavior that you are displaying, the same response is mirrored in that person’s brain and they will often display the same type of behavior.

For instance, when you are kind, energetic, and happy, the individuals around you observe those behaviors and often mirror them back to you in the same way. If you are angry, sad, or unhappy, you may see that other people near you might begin to take on those types of behaviors. In metaphysics, this is an exchange of energy that is directly felt between individuals that are intermingling. But in science, this is due to mirror neurons.

Scientifically speaking, this is the reason our high frequencies induce a positive response in others, and any low frequencies we display can induce a negative response. We can literally cause others to act positively towards us through this mechanism.

Visualization And The Law Of Attraction

The next way science supports the law of attraction is by proving that visualization is a main component of creating our future outcomes. Brain studies now reveal that thoughts have the capacity to stimulate specific brain regions and produce the same mental instructions as actions.

Brain chemistry research also proves that if you tell your brain in words what you want, it has the tendency to get bored and lazy, but if you draw it or mentally show it through imagery, it responds with a much deeper interest and attention.

This act assists the brain in storing the imagery as a memory or an already accomplished fact. Most importantly, visualization has a direct impact on many of our cognitive practices, including attention planning perception, memory, and motor control. In other words, mental imagery increases the motivation of action, Confidence on our ability to achieve a goal, beliefs of success, and positive emotional states that line up with manifesting what is wanted.

Consequently, through visualization processes, the brain is literally being trained for performance and achievement with the law of attraction. We are repeatedly told that daily vivid mental images of the things that we want to manifest helps us magnetize those things into our lives, and this has a lot to do with the fact that neurologists know that constructing an imaginative event is scientifically proven to more accurately create it as an outcome.

Utilizing Intention With The Law Of Attraction

A third line of scientific evidence that supports the law of attraction relates to intention. Science has proven that the regions of the brain that are involved with intention are also related to action. This means that when we stimulate the areas of the brain that relate to intention, we also stimulate our action centers.

It’s merely that our intentions need to be strong enough to incite any action that aligns with it, and those intentions can be enhanced through the visualization processes previously mentioned. Additionally, when we place our attention on a specific feeling, whether that be a physical feeling in our body or an emotional feeling, we increase it simply through our awareness and observation, or by removing our attention the feeling state subsides.

These two things show that we make it possible to feel and do things by attending or intending them. Therefore, intention based action and attention based action obviously affect our actions as well as what we observe as a reality.

This means that the quality of our thoughts and feelings are in direct correlation with the things we experience or in law of attraction terms, what we attract to ourselves, is directed and affected by our consciousness. Our experiences and quantum physics is showing us that observation invariably affects those experiences for the universe to even exist.

There must be something to observe it meaning that our consciousness and the universe are fundamentally interrelated. Redirecting ourselves to a different future can be as simple as aligning our imagination, intention, attention and behavior because consciousness itself affects the behavior of the physically experienced outer world giving us any and all types of possibilities.

What Is The Subconscious Mind And How It Can Be Your Most Powerful Law Of Attraction Tool

Have you ever wondered how the subconscious mind works well to understand, let’s start by mentioning that there are two basic areas of our consciousness: the subconscious and the conscious minds.

The subconscious mind is what we call the deep all-knowing part of the mind that helps us remember how to do things that we’ve previously learned. It’s power and size can be represented here in the form of an iceberg. The part that is showing is like the conscious mind.

This part of the mind is simply concerned with day-to-day decisions and real-time awareness that we experience in a normal day when you are simply experiencing something listening clearly focused on what you are doing, using your senses being spontaneous in the moment without judgments or analysis you are using your conscious mind, it is an important part of the mind, but it is not very capable when having to juggle lots of information. A conscious mind is much smaller than our subconscious.

The subconscious mind has a huge effect on the way that we behave in life. It is very, very big, so its primary task is to take pressure off the conscious mind and make sure that you don’t have too many things you have to think about when doing difficult tasks. Everything we go through is processed and stored in the subconscious.

However, it is represented here below the surface, because all the information that is stored is largely forgotten. We can imagine the subconscious as this jug of water, which represents all the stored ideas that we’ve built up in our lives and as we go through experiences, we learn how to do things that suit us best everything we experience goes into our subconscious, such as when We learn to ride a bike for the first time or even when we learned how to read as we operate in life.

We go through our day-to-day experiences working from programs that we have accumulated over time, which we decided in the first instance were useful ways to behave instead of taking each situation as it comes. Naturally, we have the tendency to live life on autopilot and respond to people and events as if they were the same as the first times that we encountered those types of situations.

If we learn that angle is effective in dealing with certain situations, we would continue that program without critical re-evaluation. If we felt that being shy is the best way to stay out of trouble, we may continue that behavior subconsciously. Also, we are usually unaware that our behavior is automatic until we recognize the need for change. It can take time to change patterns of behavior such as smoking and overeating, but with persistence it will change.

One of the most useful ways to change subconscious patterns is to immerse yourself in new and exciting experiences, because the challenge and the relative unfamiliarity will force more time onto the conscious mind things that take your minds. Focus your energy often give the power to make the subconscious conscious again. Have you got some money? I really need some money. Please.

When you go into situations in your life that usually make you react without thinking, you can take a moment and realize that you are not just the sum of your experiences. You can use your conscious mind to retrain your reactions by taking a fresh look whenever you feel stuck. Ah, thank you so much. Thank you pretty soon, your mind will get the idea and create a new pattern that is more useful for you.

Science Proves Our Brain Is The Most Powerful Quantum Super Computer Known To Mankind

Scientists Have Discovered a Powerful New Way to “Hack” Your Brain and Improve Your Creativity, Focus, and Intelligence, Almost Instantly.

Even though technology has made huge improvements in the last few years, PCs aren’t anywhere near as powerful as the human brain.

We even have the power to change the Universe around us, so that one reason proves our brain is the most powerful quantum super computer known to mankind. From creative genius to abstract concepts, humans can do incredible things

But the only problem is… we can’t access all of our power on command.

That’s why scientists have been studying the brain and finding new ways to unlock our full potential.

And recently, they’ve discovered the key to turning up the power in our brains and becoming smarter, more focused, and more relaxed.

Do You Ever Feel Amazing One Day… and Sluggish the Next?

We all have ups and downs.

One day, you feel like you can conquer the world. You blaze through your work, you crush your to-do list, and you have amazing, creative new ideas.

The next day, you’re completely exhausted. You have to push yourself just to get going and check your email.

What’s going on?

Why do our brains switch on and off so quickly, and how can we take control?

The Problem is Your Brain’s “Random” Settings.

Our brains communicate with “brain wave frequencies.”

There are unique frequencies that your brain uses for creative thinking, relaxation, stress, relaxation, and more.

Everything you think or do has a unique brain “fingerprint.”

But normally, those brain waves change a bit randomly.

They flip on and off, so that your moments of creative genius only come once in a while.

Scientists Have Proven that Unique Brain Wave Frequencies Are Activated During Certain Activities.

Not only that, but neurologists have found that people in a deep state of meditation have powerful brain waves of a unique frequency that unlock our full potential as human beings.

With the right brain wave frequency, it’s possible to become more focused, creative, and intelligent. To learn more about meditation we have a beginner’s guide to meditation pdf for free here

The only problem there is… most of us don’t have 8 hours a day to meditate.

6 Powerful Reasons You Should Start Meditating Today

  • Gain Inner Peace And Tranquility
  • Increase Your Self Awareness
  • Become More Down To Earth
  • It can Cure Insomnia
  • It Can Be A Source For Inspiration
  • Meditation Results In An Overall Better You

So What Is Meditation, Mind, Body, And Spirit All About?

You will learn only 6 powerful reasons you should start meditating today, but there are many more.Meditation is the art of silencing the mind, allowing concentration to increase and inner peace to emerge in the midst of a world full of negative energy. To truly understand how this constant negativity can affect your mind, you need to look at your mind like a lake. When someone throws a rock into the lake, ripples are created, rising until they reach the shore and disappear.

Now imagine your thoughts are the waves inside your mind.Just like throwing something in the lake will create ripples, being regularly exposed to the negative thoughts and overthinking what may or may not happen, will distort your mind’s calmness and leave you with the feeling of anxiety and stress. Unfortunately, in a desperate attempt to conquer these negative thoughts and restore calmness to our lives, we end up allowing our negative thoughts to control the way we think instead.

When you find yourself plagued by negative thoughts, anxiety, or worry, it is important to remember, that like the ripples in the lake, your thoughts you are having will rise and fall in intensity.Instead of trying to prevent your thoughts from coming through, you need to allow your thoughts to come and go, allowing the negativity float away. A good way to do this is through meditation. Here are five reasons why you should start meditation.

Gain Inner Peace And Tranquility

Picture your mind as like your room, if you do not clean up your room after some time the clutter would stop you from being able to get into it. Just like your room you have to clean out your mind, get rid of the negative thoughts, emotions, energy and a ton of junk that piles up.

This negativity we hold onto affects our body, heart, mind, and soul. There are many sources that we interact with daily; the media, other people throughout our day, the environment, our job, and even from within ourselves. If meditation isn’t in your daily routine, this negative junk accumulates inside of you over time.

After a single session of meditation you clear the negativity and send that energy back to the earth to be converted into positive energy. This accomplishes the release of anxiety and stress of life.

After you consistently start practicing meditation, you will find that you’ve reached an absolute calmness in your mind. This calmness in your mind will lead to an increased level of self awareness.

Increase Your Level Of Self-Awareness

Did you know that you have approximately 60,000 thoughts running through your mind in a single day? With all of those thoughts running through your mind on a daily basis, it can be hard to know what you are thinking, which can create a struggle to figure out what you ultimately want out of life.

Meditation is a way to help calm the chaos in your mind, causing clarity and focus on your desires.Meditation helps increase your self awareness. The thoughts that you have can be about things that you are dealing with in your life, as well as things that you may not be conscious of but they are always in the back of your mind.

Individuals who do not meditate on a regular basis, are not able to pick up on many of the thousand thoughts that run through your mind in just an hour. Those who meditate are more aware of these thoughts and recognize more of these than others. Self awareness can be achieved through your daily practice of meditation. You become more conscious of what you think, the way you think, what you want, and what you feel.

This clarity is an essential part of your daily life decision making. Gaining this clarity in life, from meditation, will make you less likely to be influenced by factors of the outside world, and more conscious of who you are.

Become More Down To Earth And Grounded

As you begin your meditation practice, you become unattached to the physical world, and begin to observe your own reality. You become more aware of the kinds of feelings and thoughts running through you. You begin to observe how people act, and your environment. This allows your ego to no longer run you, instead, you become more aligned with your higher self. You become more grounded, calm, and level-headed.

The time between which the stimulus and your reaction to it grows longer and longer. With meditation, you can find the time to observe, process, and assess everything that is happening around you.In the past, situations may have resulted in conscious lowering behaviors.Meditation will allow you to,better deal with events, without having your consciousness lowered. It allows you to handle them more objectively, allowing you to process it without your ego stepping in the way.

Meditation Can Cure Insomnia

Insomnia, or having trouble falling asleep affects millions of Americans daily. This lack of sleep can make you feel like you cannot accomplish anything or lousy, this also can ultimately negatively affect your health. A recent study has revealed that participating in mindful meditation, a process to calm your mind and help you relax, can help with Insomnia. One of many reasons why insomnia causes many to suffer is because they get bombarded with many thoughts and can not shut them off.

This ultimately can result in constant stress, anxiety, and depression.
Regular meditation helps clear your mind, allowing you to slip more easily into sleep and stay asleep through the night.

Meditation not only helps you fall asleep easier, your quality of sleep will improve as well.Taking the time to meditate before you go to sleep removes the clutter and sets your mind at ease for a more peaceful rest.

Meditation before going to sleep, also helps you to consciously resolve any emotional issues that may have happened throughout the day, allowing your subconscious mind to become restful and alleviate the need for it to wake you up at night. Longer and more restful sleep, that you achieve with meditation, will allow you to wake up energized and ready to start your day.

Meditation Can Be A Great Source For Inspiration

The majority of us are only utilizing about one percent of our brain. Your physical self and your ego are what controls this one percent. That means that the remaining 99 percent of your intelligence lives in your subconscious mind. It is this 99 percent where your most powerful ideas lie.

This part of the brain is where you get your inspiration, your best solutions to problems, and your greatest ideas. The power of the subconscious mind is what many great leaders used in their daily lives to find the clarity and insight needed to succeed.

People who work in jobs that require a significant amount of creativity, such as musicians and artists, have either learned how to access their subconscious mind or can naturally do it themselves.

Meditation allows you to tap into the 99 percent, usually being shut out from our physical lives. This ultimately allows you to gain instant, new ideas, and answers that you couldn’t have generated with your conscious mind.

If you are looking for new ideas for something you are working on or are trying to work through a frustrating problem that you can’t seem to solve, try meditating on it and see what you get. This constant practice, allows you to strengthen the connection you have with your subconscious mind. After time, you will find the solutions that have been created by your subconscious mind are often more insightful and better than those created by your conscious mind.

Meditation Results In An Overall Better You

There are many things that can benefit you as you begin your journey of meditation. You become a more self aware, happier, and the best version of you that you ultimately thought you could ever be.

With regular practice, meditation places you in the position of getting even more out of your life every day. If you have determination and really want to achieve the best results from meditation, daily practice, and passion will lead you to the finish line of a happier and healthier life.
